摘    要:通过对制粉生产中不同制粉系统小麦粉的筛理试验,探讨不同粒度小麦粉的筛理性能。结果表明:粉筛筛网的加密导致小麦粉筛出率的递减,但不同系统递减的幅度不同,心磨系统递减的幅度较大,渣磨及尾磨相对较小。小麦粉的筛净率主要为筛理时间的函数,与小麦粉的粒度呈负相关,而与筛理物料含粉率的关系相对较小。

Discussion on the Test Sifting Properties of Wheat Flour with Different Particle Sizes
Abstract:Through a sifting test of different flour milling systems, the sifting properties of different particle sizes of wheat flour were studied. The results showed that the yield of flour was decreased due to closing up the mesh aperture, but the different systems had their own decreasing extent. The reduction system had a higher decreasing extent, while sizing and tailing roll system had relatively lower decreasing extent. The sifting ratio of flour was related to the sifting time, presented a negative correlation to flour particle size and had a relatively lower relationship to flour content of the ground stock.
