摘    要:采用不同尺寸的电极板,在电极板间夹持不同数量的百合叶片测定其电特性参数。发现在不同尺寸、不同板间距情况下,加载频率与相对介电常数和复阻抗之间均呈负相关关系,与电导均呈正相关关系。在加载频率约为60 K时,损耗因子、相位角和品质因数均存在一个极值,相位角和品质因数为极大值,损耗因子为极小值。随极板面积的增加,相对介电常数和电导值呈递增趋势,而复阻抗值呈递减趋势。随极板之间所夹持百合叶片数量的增多,相对介电常数、损耗因子和电导参数呈递减趋势,而相位角、品质因数和复阻抗值呈递增趋势。

Abstract:Using parallel plate capacitor with different electrode size,different number lily leaves were clamped between electrode plates to determine its dielectric properties.The result shows that in different electrode size and plate spacing,loading frequency are negatively related on relative permittivity and complex impedance,and are positively related on the electric conductance.When loading frequency is about 60 K,there were extreme values of loss factor,phase angle and the quality factor,which phase angle and the quality factor were the maximum value and loss factor was minimum value.With the increase of the electrode size,the relative permittivity and conductivity values showed an increasing trend,and the impedance value was decreasing.When the quantities of lily leaf increased in the plates,the relative permittivity,loss factor and electric conductance decreased,and the phase angle,the quality factor and the complex impedance values increased.This study is expected to provide some theoretical basis and test support on the dielectric properties’ nondestructive testing of Lilium davidii Var.quality.
