乙醇提取连翘花黄色素溶液稳定性的研究

摘    要:研究了酸、碱、氧化剂、还原剂、金属离子、阴离子、蔗糖及VC 等添加物对乙醇浸提的连翘花黄色素溶液稳定性的影响。结果表明 :该黄色素溶液对碱、还原剂、金属离子、阴离子及蔗糖等添加物有较好的稳定性 ,而对酸、氧化剂及Vc ,特别是浓酸和浓氧化剂的稳定性较差

Abstract:This paper studied the stability of yellow pigment ethanol solution extracted from Forsythia flower in the different conditions The experimental results show that the pigment solution has better stability to solutions of sodium hydroxide, reductors,metal ions,negative ions and sucrose ect;however,it has less stability to solutions of hydrochloric acid,oxidizers,vitamin C ect,especially in the strong solutions of hydrochloric acid and oxidizers
