微胶囊化V_E油制备、表征及其释放规律的研究

摘    要:研究了木薯交联辛烯基琥珀酸麦芽糊精(CCOMD)为壁材,VE油为芯材模型喷雾干燥法制备的微胶囊的表观结构、粒径分布和释放规律,并同阿拉伯胶(GA)作了比较。结果表明:用CCOMD制备的微胶囊效率为86.54%,粒径范围在6~188μm,释放速率随相对湿度升高而增大,释放机制为扩散和侵蚀共同作用机制。

Abstract:Vitamin E(VE)microcapsule was spray dried by using cassava crosslinked and octenyl succinic maltodextrin(CCOMD)as wall material.Size distribution and release characterization were investigated in compare with Gum Arabic(GA).The efficiency of the powder with CCOMD was 86.54% and the size range was 6~188μm.The release rate of core material increased with relative humidity(RH)due to the cooperation of diffusion and erosion.
