摘    要:提出并研究了吸附树脂澄清苹果酒的新工艺 ,选出了合适的吸附树脂及其再生方法。结果表明 ,在 5种树脂中A 4 3和H 5的效果较好 ,处理后苹果酒的脱色率达到 2 8% ;树脂用 90℃ ,质量分数 0 5 %NaOH溶液再生可恢复原有吸附水平 ;吸附树脂对苹果酒中没食子酸存在定量吸附关系 ,可用弗伦特利希 (Freundlich)方程式描述 ;吸附树脂可以有效去除苹果酒中的可溶性蛋白质和酚类物质。

Abstract:This study suggests the new technology about clarification of cider with adsorptive resins. The proper adsorptive resins and the regeneration methods were selected. The results showed that A-43 and H-5 resins have good clarified effect, their decolorized rate of cider are up to 28%;regenerated the resin by 0.5% NaOH in 90 ℃ can resume their adsorptive ability ; the resins have quantificational adsorptive relation to gallic acid , and the adsorptive relation can be show by Freundlich equation; the resins can effectively remove the soluble protein and phenol compound in cider.
