摘    要:现代丝光工艺不仅要求改善织物的表面光泽,还需达到较好的综合效果,包括门幅收缩小,织物尺寸稳定,染料上染均匀,重现性好等.文中介绍了丝光效果较好的工艺及设备,如湿布丝光、热碱丝光、松堆丝光,探讨了影响这些丝光工艺的主要因素,以达到改善丝光织物品质,节省烧碱、水、电和蒸汽的消耗.

Abstract:Modern mercerization requires not only surface luster improvement,but also good comprehensive effects of low shrinkage,good dimension stability,dyeing evenness and good reproducibility.In this paper,wet-on-wet mercerization,hot alkali mercerization and slack batching up mercerization are introduced,and their main factors are discussed,therefore,product qualities are improved,and the consumption of alkali,water,electricity and steam is decreased.
