| 摘 要： | PTT纤维与PET、PBT同属于聚酯类产品,PTT不仅具有PET、PBT纤维的优良性能,更具有良好的回弹性和染色性能.通过分析,认为PTT弹性长丝包芯纱线及短纤维混纺纱线的筒子染色关键,是使其充分收缩,以达到适宜弹性;研究了染色后的弹性纱线,在后续生产加工过程中,因受到织造张力而失弹后,重新使其回复弹性的可行性方法;例举了PTT长丝/R长丝包芯纱的生产实践的工艺流程、工艺参数及其配方.

| Abstract: | PTT (polytrimethylene terephthalate) fiber is one of polyester family, it possesses not only the excellent properties of PET and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) fibers, but also good resilience and dyeabilities. This paper introduces the key step of fully shrinking for suitable elasticity in cheese dyeing of PTT filament core-spun elastic yarn and staple blended yarn. Feasible measures are put forward to recovery the elasticity loss in weaving due to tension. Examples are illustrated in practice of PTT filament / rayon filament core-spun yarns, such as technical process, parameters and recipes. |
