环氧基有机硅微乳液的制备与性能

摘    要:采用乳液聚合法,由D4开环聚合、硅烷偶联剂KH560共聚改性制得透明的环氧基改性有机硅微乳液。讨论了反应温度、保温时间、催化剂用量与单体转化率的关系及乳化剂用量、滴加时间对乳液透光率的影响。应用结果表明,用该助剂处理后的织物具有优良的弹性回复性能和手感。

Abstract:Transparent epoxy-modified silicone micro emulsion were prepared by emulsion polymerization with ring opening polymerization of D 4 and copolymerization modification by silane coupling agent KH560. Effects of polymerization temperature, holding time, catalyst amount on monomer transfer ratio, as well as emulsifier amount, monomer dropping time on transmissivity of micro emulsion were studied. Applied results showed that the fabrics finished by this silicone micro emulsion has excellent elastic recovery performance and handle.
