摘 要: | 利用有限元软件ansys对合成金刚石复合片的腔体内温度分布进行了分析研究,并通过实际测量验证模型的合理性。通过调整材料改进局部发热量、采用旁热式和直热式发热组装结构、合成不同形状产品等分析研究,认为增加端片的发热和提高堵头可以使高压腔内温度分布更均匀,旁热式发热组装比直热式发热组装对均匀高压腔内温度具有更大优势。

Abstract: | In this paper, the authors analyzed and studied the temperature distribution of synthetic polycrystalline diamond composite using finite element software-Ansys, and verify rationality of the model through measurements. By improving the heat generation, adjusting the material, heating method and assembly structure, the results show that the temperature distribution of high-pressure chamber is more uniform after increasing the height of plug and heat generation of end slice. The indirectly heated assembly structure has more advantages than direct heated structure. |
