摘    要:应用连续分析技术常规测定白酒中总酸、总酯和总醛的含量,方法简便、快速、高效,且互不干扰,所获结果与国标法基本一致。

Abstract:The continuous analytical technique based on traditional method to determine the total acid and ester and aldehyde in Chinese distill sprits is simple and rapid and high efficiency. The results obtained by this method are not interfere with each other and are basically conform with that of national standards method.
