摘    要:考察葛根黄酮的微波光波组合无溶剂提取方法,发现微波光波提取干法不用溶剂,仅用微量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺DMF作为能量传递介质,提取速度较传统回流提取法明显加快,成本降低。利用高倍荧光显微镜FM、IR对微波提取机理进行初步研究,从微波对植物组织结构的影响上阐明次生代谢产物的微波提取机理。

Abstract:Extraction methods of flavones from kudzuvine root by micrawave and light wave radiation without solvent were studied. There was no solvent in microwave radiation but a little DMF as medium of energy transfer. The extraction rate of microwave radiation that reduced the cost was more than that of tradition method. Extraction mechanism was investigated with IR and FM etc.
