真姬菇发酵海带废渣制备多糖的抗氧化活性

摘    要:利用试剂盒法测定了真姬菇液态发酵海带废渣后发酵上清液中多糖的抗氧化能力,结果表明,在多糖浓度为0.5mg/mL时,真姬菇31菌株发酵上清液中的多糖(简称31菌株多糖)对羟自由基的抑制率比海带废渣水溶液上清中的多糖(简称对照多糖)高了17.6%,对照多糖的IC50为1.94mg/mL,31菌株多糖的IC50为0.55mg/mL;多糖浓度为10mg/mL时,31菌株多糖对超氧阴离子自由基的抑制率比对照多糖高了14.6%;多糖浓度在0.6mg/mL时,31菌株多糖的总抗氧化能力比对照多糖高出了35.76%。通过实验可以得出:真姬菇发酵海带废渣后获得的多糖抗氧化活性比未发酵海带废渣中的多糖抗氧化活性显著提高,从而为海带废渣的高附加值再利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from the supernatant of fermentation by Hypsizigus marmoreus 31 with medium of kelp waste was detected by using the kit. The results showed that at the 0.5mg/mL,the inhibition rate of hydroxyl radical of the polysaccharide from fermentation supernatant was higher by 17.6% than from supernatant of solution of pure kelp waste in the same concentration,IC50 of control experiment was 1.94mg/mL,while the IC50 of polysaccharide from fermentation supernatant was 0.55mg/m...
