| 摘 要： | 目的:建立玉米须中芹菜素的含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为HypersilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55∶45),流速0.8mL.min-1;检测波长254nm。结果:芹菜素在2.1～21μg/mL线性关系良好,r为0.9996。平均回收率为97.52%,RSD为1.80%。结论:本方法方便、准确,可以用于玉米须药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of apigenin in corn silk.Method: Analyses were carried out on Hypersil C_(18) (4.6mm × 250mm,5μm) column with CH_(3) OH-0.1% H_(3)PO_(4)(55:45) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8mL · min~(-1) and the UV detection wavelength was set at 254nm.Results: Linearities of apigenin was good in the ranges of 2.1～21μg/mL(r=0.9996).The average recovery of apigenin was 97.52%, RSD was 1.80%.Conclusion: The method can be used to control the quality of corn silk. |
