红景天有效成分的提取和加工适应性研究

摘    要:采用水法和醇法工艺对红景天的有效成分进行提取;用薄层色谱和高效液相色谱相结合的方式测定了红景天提取液中的红景天甙含量;对两种提取液的加工适应性(澄清度、苦涩味等)和品质改进方案进行对比和筛选。结果表明,醇法更有利于红景天有效成分的提取。醇提取液中红景天甙的含量(0.092%)较水提取液中红景天甙的含量(0.036%)高;其可溶性固形物分别为3%(水法)、16%(醇法)。红景天提取液经澄清和包埋处理可获得良好的加工适应性,澄清时明胶的最适加量分别为0.2%(水法)、0.6%(醇法);包埋时β-CD的最适加量分别为1.33%(水法)、1.1%(醇法)。

Abstract:The extracting method of the effective component of the Rhodiola and the processing adaptability of two types extracting liquid had been studied in this paper.The content of the salidrolide had been determined by TLC and HPLC.The results showed that the ethanol was better than water on the extracting method.The content of the salidrolide was 0.092% ethanol method and 0.036% water method respectively.The extracting liquid of Rhodiola had good processing adaptability during clarification and concealing.
