SMW鞣剂在制革中的应用

摘    要:本论文是有关磺甲基化鞣剂SMW在主、复鞣中的应用性能。通过对比SMW鞣剂和国外同类产品(Basyntan DLE)的成革特性,如耐紫外光性能、收缩温度Ts,增厚度、抗张强度、撕裂强度、色泽、观感、手感等众多参数,正确评价合成鞣剂SMW的应用性能。实验结果表明:SMW鞣剂鞣革性能优良、成革色泽浅谈、耐光性能优异,抗张强度、撕裂强度明显高于国家标准,可用来生产猪皮仿绵羊服装革;SMW复鞣后皮身丰满、粒面细致、手感柔软,皮革厚度增加,与铬结合能力强,铬复鞣废液中铬含量显著降低,成革中铬含量得到提高,部分性能可与进口复鞣剂相媲美,是一种优良的复鞣剂,适用于鞣面革、服装革等轻革的复鞣填充。

Abstract:The application research of sulfomethylated syntan SMW on main tanning and retan-ing processes were made in this thesis. In the paper, the parameters such as ultraviolet resist-ance , tensile strength ,tearing strength , Ts, feel and shade were applied to comprehensively as-sess thc properties of the resultant leather treated with SMW and Basyntan DLE respectively, to get the results of sulfomethylated syntan for main tanning and retanning process. The results showed excellent tanning properties, pale ,full temper ,high ultraviolet resistance and soft feel, with tensile strength , tearing trength higher than the National Standards. The SMW can be used to produce fake pig garment leather, Leather retanned with SMW, showed full temper, smooth grain , soft feel , obvious thickness increase, at the same time, the SMW had higher combination affinity with Cr ions, and the Cr content of the retanning exhaust decreases remarkably, and some properties of SMW were same to the imported syntans. SMW retanning agents are suitable for light leather production.
