| 摘 要： | 高锰酸钾是一种强氧化剂，在酸性条件下可以与纸浆中的木素反应，本研究了麦草浆高锰酸钾脱木素的适宜条件，提出了一种麦草浆低氯漂白新工艺。研究结果表明，高锰酸钾是一种良好的木素脱除剂，用它脱木素的最佳条件和纸浆的卡伯值有关，纸浆经高锰酸钾脱木素具有良好的可漂性，卡伯值为14．6％的麦草浆经1％的高锰酸钾预处理后，5％的用氯量就可以将其漂至76．5％ISO的白度，其白度和物理强度均高地工厂中8％用氯量条件下的漂白浆。

| Abstract: | Permanganate reacts with lignin in pulp at acidic condition The permanganate delignification conditions of wheat straw NaOH AQ pulp were studied, and a less chlorine bleaching process was proposed The results show that permanganate is a good delignification agent The pulp delignified with permanganate has better bleachability For example, pretreating with 1% permanganate, the pulp with 14 6 kappa number could be bleached to 75 6%ISO brightness by 5% hypochlorite, and its brightness and physical properties are better than those of the CEH pulp |
