| 摘 要： | 介绍了紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱(~1H-NMR、I~3C-NMR、2D~1H~(13)C-NMR、~(31)P-NMR)、电子自旋共振谱等光谱技术的原理、特点及其在木素结构分析中的作用和优缺点,为选择适宜的检测方法进一步研究木素结构提供了一定的依据。

| Abstract: | Spectroscopy technologies have been quickly developed in last decades,and have been one of the important and powerful tools for structural characterization.The paper reviewed the application of UV,IR,ESR,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,2D ~1H ~(13)C-NMR,and ~(31)P-NMR spectroscopies in the study of lignin chemistry. |
