山东烟区烤烟化学成分含量变化及聚类分析

采用聚类分析方法，对山东22个植烟县169个乡镇3年共计464个烤烟初烤烟叶C3F样品的化学成分进行了分析和评价。结果表明：山东烟区烤烟化学成分的平均值基本都在优质烟的适宜值范围内，说明山东烟区各项化学成分协调，是烤烟的优质产区；用聚类分析方法将山东烟区分为5类，即中糖中碱中氯区、低糖高碱中氯区、高糖中碱中氯区、高糖低碱中氯区、高糖中碱低氯区，多元方差分析和多重比较表明，各类间差异明显。

Cluster Analysis on Chemical Component Changes of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Shandong Tobacco Growth Regions

By cluster analysis,a comparative study was conducted for chemical components of 464 flue-cured tobacco samples with grades of C3F in tobacco growth regions of Shandong Province.The results showed that the average chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples in Shandong were almost in normal range of high quality flue-cured tobacco,which indicated that the flue-cured tobacco in Shandong had appropriate content of chemical components,and had high quality.By systematical clustering method,the tobacco regions of Shandong were divided into five sub-regions of middle sugar-middle alkaloid-middle chlorine areas,lower sugar -high alkaloid -middle chlorine areas,high sugar-middle alkaloid-middle chlorine areas,high sugar-low alkaloid-middle chlorine areas,and high sugar-middle alkaloid-low chlorine areas.By using multivariate analysis of variance and Student-Newman-Keuls multiple-range test,the results showed that the difference among the locations were more significant.
