烟草种植起垄高度与移栽深度的交互效应研究

摘    要:测定了3种垄高(20、30、40 cm)、3种移栽深度(6、10、15 cm)完全组合9种处理烟株团棵期的发病率,团棵期和平顶期的农艺性状、中上等烟叶比例、产量、产值,并检测了各处理上橘二(B2F)、中橘三(C3F)和下橘二(X2F)烟叶中的还原糖、总糖、总植物碱和总氮含量。结果表明,起垄高度40 cm、移栽深度6 cm的处理团棵期发病率最低,为0.67%;起垄高度40 cm、不同移栽深度的3种处理团棵期发病率低于其他2种垄高;起垄高度40 cm的处理更有利于烟株的早期生长发育;垄高40 cm、移栽深度10 cm的处理上中等烟比例、产量、产值都最高,分别为81.41%、231.69 kg/667m2、3482.94元/667m2,与其他处理呈显著性差异。

Abstract:Using three ridge heights(20,30 and 40 cm) and three transplanting depths(6,10 and 15 cm)completely combined,we designed 9 treatments in this experiment,investigated the morbidity of disease during rosette stage,measured the agronomy characters during rosette stage and topping stage,calculated the ratio of middle or high grade leaves,quantity and output value of tobacco leaves,analyzed the contents of total nitrogen,reducing sugar,total sugar and total alkaloids in B2F,C3F and X2F tobacco leaves.The results showed,for morbidity of disease during rosette stage,The treatment(40 cm ridge height and 6 cm transplanting depth) was the lowest(0.67%) and the treatments that had 40 cm ridge height was lower than the other two,The ratio of middle or high grade leaves(81.41%),the quantity(231.69 kg/667m2) and output value(3482.94 yuan/667m2) of the treatment(40 cm ridge height and 10 cm transplanting depth) were the highest,which had significant difference with that of the other treatments.By comprehensive analysis,we suggest the treatment(40 cm ridge height and 10 cm transplanting depth) was prior to the others.
