野生乌饭树叶中脂肪的超临界CO2萃取及其色谱分析

摘    要:用超临界CO2从乌饭树叶中萃取出脂肪,得率为9.8%。用气相色谱(GC)对其进行成分分析,从中检出并鉴定出6种成分。脂肪中α—亚麻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸含量最高。其中有效成分。α—亚麻酸的含量高达36.4%。药理毒理学研究证明,该脂肪酸具有很好的调血脂作用,无毒副作用。

Abstract:The oils from the blueberry leaves were extracted by supercritical CO 2 fluid(SF CO 2),the rate of obtaining was 9.8%.These constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC).The experiments showed that these oils contain 6 components and they were identified.The content of linolenic acid,palmitic acid and linoleic acid is highest.The content of linolenic acid gets to 36.4%.Pharmocological study showed that the fatty oils have significant action of adjusting blood lipid and no toxicity.
