| 摘 要： | 综述了一些常见的化学计量学方法(主成分分析、聚类分析、判别分析和SIMCA等)在油脂识别分析中的应用。化学计量学方法主要用于光谱分析和色谱分析中的数据处理,从而最大限度地从中获取油脂的成分、结构及其他相关信息,解决一些常规数据处理方法无法解决的问题,使得同时识别不同的油脂成为可能。 |
