摘    要:采用有色涤纶长丝与天然纯棉纤维为原料,制备出一种具有间隔色彩效果的新型复合纱线。为探讨该复合纱线的工艺优化方案,研究了涤纶长丝预加张力、捻系数、后区牵伸倍数(E后)、涤纶长丝含量等工艺参数对纱线的性能影响。结果表明,有色涤纶长丝张力为15 cN、捻系数为380、后区牵伸倍数为1.5、涤纶长丝含量为20%时,纱线的综合性能较佳,且纱线色彩丰富、具有独特的立体视觉效果。该纺纱方法科学地实现了纤维间色彩的调配,达到物理配色的目的,对提高色纱产品品质、促进色纱的实际生产应用等具有指导意义。

Abstract:A new-type of interal color composite yarns was manufactured with colored polyester filament and 100%natural cotton fiber.In order to explore the process optimization of the composite yarns,the effect of process parameters such as pre-tension of polyester filament,twist coefficient,draft multiple in back zone(Eback),and the content of polyester filament on yarn properties were studied.The results show that the optimal overall performance can be achieved if the tension of colored polyester filament is 15 cN,twist coefficient is 380,draft multiple in back zone is 1.5,and the content of polyester filament is 20%.With such parameters,the composite yarns are colorful and have a unique three-dimensional visual effect.The spinning method has scientifically realized color matching of fibers and attained the purpose of physical color matching,which is of guiding significance to improving the quality of colored yarn products and promoting the real production and application of colored yarns.
