摘    要:为获得性能优良的工业过滤材料,将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液发泡后对芳纶针刺毡进行涂层整理。详细探究发泡涂层前后,芳纶针刺毡面密度、厚度、透气性、力学性能、耐磨性、表面形貌、孔径及过滤性能的变化情况。结果表明:经PTFE发泡涂层整理后,芳纶针刺毡的面密度和厚度均稍有增加,透气性和纵横向断裂强力无明显下降,耐磨性显著提升,纤维表面附着有PTFE膜状物,孔径也明显减小;在保证过滤阻力基本不变的情况下,复合针刺毡对0.3μm的聚苯乙烯颗粒的过滤效率可从41.03%显著提升至63.24%。

Abstract:In order to obtain an industrial filter material with excellent performance,aramid needle felt was finished with a foam coating of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)emulsion.The changes of surface density,thickness,gas permeability,mechanical properties,wear resistance,surface morphology,pore size and filtering performance of aramid needle felt before and after foaming coating were investigated in detail.The results show that after foam coating finishing,the surface density and thickness of aramid needle felt are slightly increased,gas permeability and longitudinal and transverse fracture strength don t decrease significantly,wear resistance significantly improves,PTFE membrane attachments are detected on fiber surface,and pore size is significantly reduced.With the filtration resistance remaining substantially unchanged,the filtration efficiency of composite needle felt for 0.3μm polystyrene particles could be significantly increased from 41.03%to 63.24%.
