环锭纺纱线横断面结构的研究

摘    要:采用不同细度的环锭纺棉纱线,通过切片观察和分析计算,确定纱线断面的孔隙率及其分布。研究表明:线密度不同的环锭纱线,其平均孔隙率一般都在10%~30%之间,但不同线密度纱线的平均孔隙率有差异,纱线越粗,平均孔隙率越大;在环锭纱线截面上中间层的孔隙率最小,呈现出紧密结构,纱线外层的孔隙率最大,呈现出松弛结构,内层孔隙率较小。

Abstract:By observing and analyzing the ring-spun yarn slice in different counts, the porosity and its distributing in the cross section is reseached. The study suggests that the porosity value of the yams is generally between 10% and 30% for the yarns with different linear density, and the porosity is different for different linear density of the yarns, the thicker the yarn, the greater the average porosity. The porosity of the middle layer of the ring-spun yarn in the cross section is the minimum, demonstrating close structure, while in the outer layer, the porosity is the greatest, demonstrating loose structure, and the porosity of the inner layer is relatively lower.
