摘    要:二酰基甘油酰基转移酶(DGAT)是生物体内TAG合成过程中的关键酶,它的作用是催化二酰甘油加上脂肪酸酰基形成三酰甘油。本文介绍了DGAT的分类、亚细胞定位、功能、底物特异性和调控,并展望了DGAT研究在油料作物品种改良方面的应用前景。

Abstract:Diacylglycerol acyltransferase ( DGAT) is a key enzyme in the synthesis of triacylglycerol ( TAG) in many organisms. It catalyzes the final step by converting diacylglycerol ( DAG) and fatty acyl-coenzyme A ( CoA) into triacylglycerol. This review summarized the progress of DGAT study from different aspects including classification,structural characteristics,subcellular localization,function,substrate specificity and regulation. The future of DGAT gene on oil crops improvement through genetic modification was also prospected.
