摘    要:介绍了红薯叶保健饮料的加工方法和工艺,着重在产品护色方面作了探讨,产品配方由正交实验设计得出,从而获得具有红薯叶风味、均匀稳定、口感细腻的良好效果。

Abstract:According to enough nutrient content of sweet potato leaves and some logical activated matter. The method and technology of producing the sweet potato leaves health beverage were indroduced in this study, protecting the colour of the producer were the emphasis on the technology, and an optimum formula was obtained by using the means of orthogonal design. The producer achieved good effects on the flavor and taste.
