| Abstract: | According to enough nutrient content of sweet potato leaves and some logical activated matter. The method and technology of producing the sweet potato leaves health beverage were indroduced in this study, protecting the colour of the producer were the emphasis on the technology, and an optimum formula was obtained by using the means of orthogonal design. The producer achieved good effects on the flavor and taste. |
