Development and Practice of a Cool Cotton Fabric

The paper discusses the production process of developing a pure cotton cool feeling fabric without using any cool feeling additives.By adjusting the yarn structure,the fabric can reduce the contact area with the skin,expand the gap of fabric stitch,increasing the surface area of moisture dissipation and heat dissipation.Therefore,the moisture absorption and air permeability of the fabrics are increased by more than 2 times,so that the heat on the skin surface can be quickly dissipated,and the skin surface temperature can be 1 to 2℃lower than that of other cotton fabrics of the same specification,making the wearer feel cool and comfortable.
