条干仪智能专家分析系统

摘    要:在实际生产中纱条不匀不仅直接关系到纱线品级的高低,还直接影响最终纺织品质量的优劣。纱线条干均匀度对纺织品质量及生产实践都有很重要的意义,运用现代计算机技术和人工神经网络技术,通过条干仪的波谱分析制定智能专家分析系统,自动分析机械波,牵伸波,并指出可能发生问题的部位,从而提高了技术人员查找故障原因的效率和准确率,也提高了条干仪的科技含量和市场竞争能力。

Abstract:In practical production, yarn irregularity directly affects not only yarn grade, but also the quality of finished textile products, so it is very important to ensure yarn evenness. Based on modern computer technology and artificial neural network (ANN) technology, an intelligent expert analysing system is established by analysing spectrogram of evenness tester, which can automatically analyse mechanical wave and drafting wave, and locate the position of a possible fault. It helps technicians improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis, and at the same time makes evenness tester more technologically advancetl and competitive.
