载银硅藻土纸板制备工艺的研究

摘    要:以桉木浆、载银硅藻土为原料制备抗茵纸板,考察了载银硅藻土、不同定着助剂的添加量以及各组分的添加顺序对硅藻土留着率的影响。采用L25(56)正交试验表对实验条件进行了优化。研究结果表明:当硅藻土添加量为30%,使用PDAAM152:PDAAM05;3为4:1的复配物作为定着助剂时,通过先调节纸浆PH至6.5,后加入定着助剂,再加入硅藻土,快速搅拌20min后抄纸,可使硅藻土的留着率达80.0%,纸张抗张强度为17.0N·m/g。

Abstract:The effect of dosage of silver diatomite and additives and the adding order of the additives on the retention of diatomite were introduced based on the making process of anti-bacterial paperboard with eucalyptus pulp and silver diatomite as raw materials. The results showed that the retention of diatomite can reach 80 percent and the tensile strength of paper can be 17.0 N·m/g when the dosage of diatomite was 30 percent, PDAAM152:PDAAM053 was 4:1, and the adding order was additives first, and then diatomite.
