| 摘 要： | 由螺旋输送机、木片洗涤器、斜螺旋脱水机、洗涤水槽和离心水泵等组成的木片洗涤系统，生产能力为2100t／d风干木片。本文介绍了这一系统的生产流程、设备结构与特征，以及使用中遇到的问题及解决措施。这一国产大型木片洗涤系统投入生产后，设备运行比较正常，有效地去除了木片中混杂的多种杂质，进一步提高了木片的纯度和合格率，可替代国外同类设备进行大规模生产．

| Abstract: | The production capacity of the chip washing system consisted of spiral conveyer, chip washer, inclined spiral dewaterer, washing basin and centrifugal pump is 2100t/d air-dried chip. The paper introduces the process, equipment structure and characteristics of the system and the problems in the production and their countermeasures. The operation of the China-made large size chip washing system was normal in operation, effectively removed dirties in the chip and raised the qualification rate of the chip and substituted for the same equipment abroad. |
