桉木KP浆两段中浓氧脱木素研究

摘    要:固定两段氧脱木素的用碱量、氧压、温度和总时间,研究两段氧脱木素的时间分配对氧脱木素效果的影响,并与同等条件下的单段氧脱木素比较。结果表明:当O1段时间为20min,O2段时间为60min时的浆样木素脱除率和白度增值率最高,黏度降低率最低,卡伯值、黏度、白度分别为10.39、757.0ml/g、54.30%ISO。与单段氧脱木素相比,两者的卡伯值、得率、白度几乎相同,但两段氧脱木素的黏度比单段的要高出68.5ml/g。

Abstract:The amount of alkali,oxygen pressure,tempera-ture and total time of two-stage oxygen delignification were fixed,the effect of the time distribution of two-stage oxygen delignification on oxygen delignification was studied.The results show that the Kappa number,the brightness,viscos-ity of the two-stage oxygen delignification pulp are 10.39,54.30%ISO,757.0ml/g respectively,as the first-stage oxygen delignification time was 20 minute and the second-stage oxy-gen delignification time was 60 minute.There are no...
