摘    要:探讨了涂料中颜料特性对涂布纸表面摩擦性能的影响,并观察了涂层表面磨损情况。结果表明:在沉淀碳酸钙和瓷土混合颜料配方中,沉淀碳酸钙含量较高时涂布纸表面的静态和动态摩擦系数较高,而采用压光可降低涂层表面粗糙度和摩擦系数;在瓷土、沉淀碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙混合颜料配方中,重质碳酸钙添加量从0~20%时,涂层表面的摩擦系数增大,但继续增大其含量摩擦系数有所降低。

Abstract:Influence of pigment properties on the friction performance of coated paper is studied. The results show that a higher precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) ratio to clay in the mixed pigments resulted in a higher static and dynamic friction coefficient and calendering decreased the surface roughness and the friction coefficient of the coated paper; adding of GCC from 0 to 20% increased the friction coefficient of coated paper in the Clay/PCC/GCC mixed coating formula, but the friction coefficient decreased with the added amount of GCC continued to increase.
