育果袋纸浆内添加工艺对抗水性的影响

摘    要:以废旧报纸纤维与本色针叶木浆纤维为原料,按照8:2配比进行混合抄造育果袋纸,研究育果袋纸化学品的浆内添加工艺对抗水性的影响。结果表明:在保证一定强度和透气性能下,达到最好抗水效果各化学品的添加量(对绝干浆)分别为:1.25%阳离子分散松香胶、7.5%抗水剂B、3%湿强剂C以及6%硫酸铝。

Abstract:The effect of chemicals adding technology on water-resistance of fruit cultivating bag paper was studied in the papermaking with pulp from old newspapers and softwood pulp as raw materials at the proportion of 8:2. The results show that when the strength and permeability are satisfied, the best chemicals adding dosages are cationic dispersed rosin 1.25%, water-resistance agent (B) 7.5%, wet strengthening agent (C) 3%, Al2(SO4L 6%, in which conditions the best water-resistance can be reached.
