| Abstract: | Recent development of extraction,isolation and purification of resveratrol were reviewed.The extraction includes organic solvents extraction,microwave and ultrasonic extraction,enzymatic extraction,supercritical extraction.Isolation and purification technique include chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,high-speed countercurrent chromatography and so on. |
