摘    要:综述了近年来白藜芦醇的提取和纯化方法,其中提取技术包括有机溶剂浸提法、超声波或微波辅助提取法、酶解法、超临界萃取等;纯化技术有柱层析、薄层层析、高效逆流色谱等。

Abstract:Recent development of extraction,isolation and purification of resveratrol were reviewed.The extraction includes organic solvents extraction,microwave and ultrasonic extraction,enzymatic extraction,supercritical extraction.Isolation and purification technique include chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,high-speed countercurrent chromatography and so on.
