摘    要:分析了圆截面三点定心位移传感器触点坐标与圆直径的解析式,推导出定压缩系数椭圆截面中心坐标随椭圆长轴与定心支撑坐标纵轴之间夹角变化规律及其相应位移传感器触点位移变化规律,为工件三点初步定心误差分析及定心坐标变换提供依据。同时,圆截面三点定心触点与圆直径之间的确定关系为设计三点定心支撑结构尺寸提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Analysising the analytics expressions of the relationship between the touch point of circle cross section three points centering displacement sensor and the circle radius, and transformation orderliness of included angle between fixed compressibility factor ellipse cross section center coordination and the center supports structure end long coordination, also the transformation orderliness of movement with the displacement sensor touch point. Providing error analysis gist for three points preliminary centering and centering coordinate transformation. Meanwhile, the conforming relationships between touch-point of circle cross section three points centering and circle radius provides design gist to determinate the centering support structure parameters.
