| 摘 要： | 直接以卤水为原料,采用氨碱法或联碱法生产碳酸钠,脱氨母液采用膜法和蒸发法分离硫酸钠,脱氨母液采用蒸发法分离氯化钠、氯化铵,生产过程大幅度降低能耗和成本,直接得到氯化钠、硫酸钠、氯化铵副产品。

| Abstract: | Sodium carbonate is directly produced using brine with ammonia–soda process or Hou＇s process.Sodium sulfate is separated from deaminated mother liquor by membrane process and evaporation process.Sodium chloride and sodium ammonia are separated from deaminated mother liquor.With such processes,production cost and energy consumption are greatly reduced and the by-products sodium chloride,sodium ammonia and sodium sulfate are obtained directly. |
