| 摘 要： | 针对湖北双环科技股份有限公司盐厂自从卤水净化工艺投产后,III系统蒸盐装置(15万吨/年真空盐装置)生产周期明显缩短,产盐量明显下降的情况,分析了生产周期缩短的各种可能原因,并对工艺及设备进行了一系列的改造,从而延长了第三系统蒸发装置生产周期。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that production cycle of the evaporator (NaCl 150,000tpa) of System No.3 has been shortened remarkably with output decreased obviously after brine purification process was put into operation,this paper analyzes various possible reasons for remarkable shortening of production cycle.A series of modifications have been carried out on the process and equipment so as to prolong the production cycle of evaporator of System No.3. |
