摘    要:本文通过对采输卤管理处输卤泵及输卤管线的结晶情况进行的全面了解、调查和分析.找到了结晶的形成影响因素,并通过有针对性的实验和现场检验,寻找出了有效的解决方案,通过大量实验,筛选并添加合适的阻垢剂,遏制了卤水的结晶趋势,从而实现了卤水在泵及管线内不结晶的目标.取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:This paper has found the influencing factors that cause the crystallization through comprehensive understanding ,investigation and analysis to the crystalliazation in the brine transportation pump and brine transportation pipes.We have found effective solutions through targeted experiments and tests at site. After a large number of experiments and selections, the tendency of the brine crystallization is stopped by adding apporopriate scale inhibitor and the aim of non crystallization in pump and pipes is achieved.
