| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一套静态顶空气相色谱法测定黄酒中β-苯乙醇含量的分析方法。方法:在顶空进样瓶中,β-苯乙醇在气液两相平衡分配后,取顶部空间气态样品进行气相色谱分析。结果:β-苯乙醇在20.20mg/L~161.63mg/L浓度范围内,线性相关系数r=0.9996,方法检出限为1mg/L,RSD为2.04%~3.42%,回收率在91.7%~98.4%之间。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a determination method of β-phenyl ethanol in rice wine by static headspace gas chromatography. Method： In the headspace vials, the headspace sample was analysed by gas chromatography after β-phenyl ethanol equilibrate and assign between gas phase and liquid phase. Results： The standard solution in the range of 20.20mg/L-161.63mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The detection limit was lmg/L, RSD were 2.04%-3.42% and the recoveries were in the range of 91.7%-98.4%. |
