摘    要:目的优化埃博霉素B发酵培养基。方法以纤维堆囊菌SoF5—9为供试菌株,通过单因素和止交试验研究了埃博霉素B合成的最佳培养基。结果埃博霉素B最适发酵培养基为糊精0.3%,蔗糖0.07%,葡萄糖0.02%,豆饼粉0.17%,MgSO4·7H200.1‰无水氯化钙0.1%,EDTA.Fe^(3+)2mL/L,微量元素(TE)0.5mL/L。在该最优条件下,埃博霉素B产量可达到27.5mg/L。结论合理优化发酵培养基组分可以有效提高埃博霉素B的产量。

Abstract:Objective Optimizing epothilone B fermentation medium. Method The medimn of Sorangium cellulosum SOF5-9 for the production of e- pothilone B was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal design method. Result The optimum fermentation medium of epothilone B was as followed: dextrin 0.3%, sucrose 0.07%, glucose 0.02%, soybean cake powder 0.17%, MgSO4· 7H20 0.1%, CaCI2 0.1%, EDTA-Fe3. 2mL/L, TE 0.5mL/L. Under the optimal condition, the production of epothilone B reached 27.5mg/L. Conclusion Optimizing fermentation medium can effectively improve the production of epothilone B.
