摘    要:为探索不同垄高和覆膜措施对白肋烟产质量影响的机理,通过田间试验研究了几种综合栽培措施对白肋烟田间土壤硝化-反硝化作用、根系发育、烟叶烟碱含量和烟叶产量的影响。结果表明,起垄10 cm高度并覆膜能显著增强团棵期的硝化作用,并减弱团棵期之前和旺长期之后的反硝化作用,有利于促进白肋烟生长前期氮素的供应并减少土壤氮素的反硝化损失。覆膜比不覆膜更能促进根系发育,各垄高处理中以垄高10 cm的烟株细根和分支级次更多,根系分布更均衡。烟叶烟碱含量随着垄高增加而增加,且覆膜处理高于不覆膜处理。从产量及其构成看,覆膜栽培的产量、产值、均价和上中等烟比率显著优于不覆膜栽培;而且以覆膜加起垄10 cm处理的产量和产值最高。综合烟叶烟碱含量和产量因素,起垄10 cm左右并覆膜可推荐为试验地区白肋烟高产优质的栽培措施。
