造纸法再造烟叶CO和焦油释放量影响因素研究

摘    要:为探索影响造纸法再造烟叶CO和焦油释放量的主要因素,考察了不同涂布率与造纸法再造烟叶CO和焦油释放量的相关性,研究了烟梗与碎片比例、片基定量、外加纤维种类、填料种类以及碳酸钙用量对片基CO和焦油释放量的影响。结果表明:(1)CO释放量与涂布率呈负相关,而焦油释放量与涂布率呈正相关;(2)一定范围内,烟梗与碎片比例增加或者使用未漂白的外加纤维都会增加片基CO和焦油释放量,可能是烟梗和未漂白纤维中含有较高的木质素或者果胶;(3)增加碳酸钙用量可使单位质量片基中可燃烧的有机物质减少,降低CO和焦油释放量;(4)降低片基定量或者改善填料种类可以改变片基微观结构,增加透气度,降低片基 CO和焦油释放量。因此,在保证产品品质和加工工艺的前提下,可综合考虑上述方法降低造纸法再造烟叶烟气中CO和焦油含量。

Study on the characteristics of carbon monoxide and tar delivery in paper-process reconstituted tobacco smoke
Abstract:To investigate the characteristics of carbon monoxide and tar delivery in paper-process reconstituted tobacco (PRT) smoke, the effect of spreading rate, stem to scraps ratio, grammage, kinds of fibre and filler, content of calcium carbonate on carbon monoxide and tar delivery of PRT smoke were studied. Results indicated that: (1)With the increase of spreading rate, carbon monoxide delivery decrease, and tar delivery increase; (2) Both a higher stem to scraps ratio and unbleached fibre will lead to a higher carbon monoxide and tar delivery of PRT film base, which may due to the higher content of lignin and pectin in the stem and unbleached fibre; (3) Adding calcium carbonate to the film base will reduce the flammable organic matter as a result of a low carbon monoxide and tar delivery of PRT film base; (4) The microstructure and air permeability of film base will be changed by decreasing the grammage or improving the kind of filler, which will make a contribution to the losing of carbon monoxide and tar delivery in PRT smoke. So comprehensive consider above mentioned method, carbon monoxide and tar delivery in PRT smoke can be reduced.
