不同施氮量对烤烟总氮和烟碱积累的影响

摘    要:通过田间试验,研究了不同施氮量对烤烟地上部总氮和烟碱积累规律的影响。结果表明,随生育期的推进,烟株地上部总氮含量不断下降,但施氮量增加,下降幅度减慢;烟株地上部总氮累积量、烟碱含量和烟碱累积量不断增加,施氮量愈高增加幅度愈大。烟株地上部总氮含量的下降和累积量的增加主要集中在移栽后35d~70d,烟碱含量和累积量的上升主要集中在移栽56d后,并且在烟叶采收结束时仍未见减缓。总氮积累速率在移栽21d开始增加,到移栽84d时趋于0,烟碱积累速率在移栽后35d开始增加,移栽96d后才逐渐减缓。烤烟生育期内,土壤矿化氮地上部总量达36.15kg/hm2以上。

Abstract:Effects of nitrogenous fertilizer on accumulation of total nitrogen and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco were studied. Results showed that total nitrogen content decreased as tobacco plant grew, but its rate slowed down as the amount of nitrogen applied increased. Total nitrogen accumulation, nicotine content, and nicotine accumulation increased constantly. The reduction of total nitrogen content and its accumulation increasement were observed in 35-70 days after transplant, while increasing of nicotine content and its accumulation were observed at 56 days after transplant and continue till the end of growth. After transplant,observed accumulation rate of total nitrogen srarted to increase at 21 days and almost ceased at 84 days, while that of nicotine started to increase at 35 days and gradually slowed down at 96 days. Total amount of soil mineral nitrogen was more than 36.15kg/hm2 during tobacco growing period.
