| 摘 要： | 通过化学及感官指标分析,将库存晾晒烟叶原料分为5个香型种类；基于主成分分析及聚类分析,结合配方经验,组建了晾晒烟叶模块,综合比较认为模块B较优；将模块B按5％的比例添加到红山茶(软)叶组中,烟气分析结果表明,该模块的添加能有效降低焦油及CO含量,增加卷烟浓度、香气丰富性、透发性及甜润感.

| Abstract: | Air-cured tobacco leaves in stock were classified by five odor types defined by chemical analysis and sensory evaluation.Air-cured tobacco leaf’s modules were established based on primary component analysis and cluster analysis,as well as blend experience,and module B was recognized as the best after synthetic comparison.Adding module B into Hongshancha(soft) formula by 5% resulted in lower tar and CO,better richness and flavor and sweetness. |
