不同葡萄糖、酵母粉浓度对大杯伞深层培养的影响

摘    要:采用深层培养和正交试验的方法对大杯伞在不同葡萄糖、酵母粉和MgSO4浓度下深层培养的影响进行了研究.结果表明,适宜葡萄糖浓度为2.0%、2.5%和3.0%,适宜酵母粉浓度为0.4%、0.5%和0.6%,最适培养基为葡萄糖2.5%,酵母粉0.5%,硫酸镁0.2%.

Abstract:By the method of submerged culture and orthogonal test, we nave made a study of me ellects of Clitocybe maxima mycelia growing on different concentration mediums of glucose, yeast-extract paste and MgSO4.The results showed that the adequate glucose concentration was 2.0 % ,2.5 % and 3.0 % ,and yeast-extract paste concentration was 0.4 %, 0.5 % and 0.6 %.The adequate culture medium was glucose 2.5 %, yeast-extract paste 0.5 % and MgSO4 0.2%.
