| Abstract: | Bioengineering of animals had being widely applied in animal husbandry and biomedicine.But the safety of bioengineering of meat had becoming a worldwide concern.In this paper,the advances in the application of biotechnology technology,the quality and safety of bioengineering of red meat were briefly reviewed.The Socialization of bioengineering of animals was introduced. |
