南瓜籽油对大鼠血脂及抗氧化作用的影响

摘    要:研究南瓜籽油对实验性高血脂大鼠的降血脂和抗氧化作用,采用高脂饮食构建高血脂大鼠模型,连续灌胃实验6周后,测定血清TG、TC水平及抗氧化指标。与高脂模型组相比,南瓜籽油各剂量组均有降低血清TG、TC及MDA水平和升高血清GSH-Px、SOD的作用,其中以中剂量组的降脂作用和抗氧化效果最好。中剂量组能显著降低血清TG和MDA水平的作用(P<0.05),降低血清TC和升高GSH-Px、SOD作用都达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。结果表明,南瓜籽油对大鼠有显著降低血脂和抗氧化作用。

Abstract:To investigate effects of pumpkin seed oil on reducing serum lipids and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats,made hypercholesterolemic model by high-fat food.High-fat test group were given continuously different dosage of pumpkin seed oil for 6 weeks.Serum TG,TC,GSH-Px,SOD and MDA were detected respectively.Compared with high-fat control group,pumpkin seed oil lowers the level of serum TG,TC and MDA,and highers the level of serum GSH-Px,SOD in all groups.Medium dosage group decreased the level of serum TG and MDA(P<0.05),decreased significantly the level of serum TC(P<0.01).Meanwhile,it significantly increased the levels of serum GSH-Px and SOD(P<0.01).The results showed that pumpkin seed oil exhibits significantly reducing serum lipids and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats.
