摘    要:针刺非织造布是一种多孔结构材料,具有良好的吸声性能。其生产工艺过程简单,原料来源丰富,具有广泛的应用前景。随着人们对环境的重视,人们正积极寻求消除噪声的途径,吸声材料发挥着越来越大的作用。本文分析了针刺吸声材料的结构,并从厚度、面密度和组成纤维细度三个方面分析了其对吸声性能的影响。

Abstract:Needle-punced nonwovens is a kind of multiple void structure materials and own excellent acoustical ab- sorption performance. Its prodution process is easy, raw materials source is rich and it has abroad application pros- pect. With people regarding environment, people look for way to eliminate noise and so acoustical absorption materi- als will play a greater role. In the paper, structure of needle-punched acoustical aborption materials is analysed, and its influence to acoustical sbsorption performance is analysed through three aspects, such as thickness, surface densi- ty and fiber denier.
