聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维/腈氯纶混纺阻燃织物的开发

针对原料特点,选择了特殊的纺纱油剂,制订了合理的纺纱、织造工艺流程和技术措施,开发了三种混纺比的聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维/腈氯纶混纺织物,并测试了织物的阻燃性能、耐磨性、拉伸性能、撕破性能以及透气性能。结果表明:选择合适的工艺流程和工艺参数,可以在传统的环锭纺纱机上纺制聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维/腈氯纶混纺纱,在普通的剑杆织机上织制阻燃性能优异的混纺阻燃织物。

Development of flame retardant fabric with PANOF/modacrylic fiber with chloride blended yarn

Acording the characteristics of the raw material,three flame retardant fabrics with PANOF/modacrylic fiber with chloride blended yarns are developed by using special spinning oil,reasonable spinning and weaving process.Flame retardance,abrasion resistance,tensile properties,splitting ablity and permeability of the fabric were tested.The result showed it is feasible to spinning blended yarn mixing PANOF and modacrylic fiber with chloride in traditional ring spinning frame in condition of suitable technology process and technology parameters,and the fabric with superior flame retardance can be woven by common rapier loom.
