| 摘 要： | 就<酿酒工艺学>课程中如何开展研究性学习,以及开展研究性学习的效果及应注意的问题进行了探讨.结果表明:研究性学习有利于培养学生的自主学习和创新能力,有利于加强学生的实践操作能力.
